Mission
You’ll be responsible for:
As part of the Global Talent team, and reporting to the VP Global Talent, you will be responsible for accelerating the House's ability to welcome, integrate and develop the best talent for all its Business Units across Regions.
Your Key Missions:
Evaluate and Implement new Global Learning Strategy:
- You will develop, implement, and lead the global Learning and Onboarding strategy.
- You will evaluate and improve Onboarding practices in the regions.
- You will deploy and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) worldwide.
- You will develop specific Learning Contents online.
- You will develop Learning Live events.
- You will contribute to build and lead an internal community of Learning & Onboarding ambassadors in all regions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements:
- You will participate in the House's annual organizational review (OMR), by reviewing talents, positions and succession plans.
- You will work in partnership with the LVMH House executive development team for selection and enrolment in development programs.
- You will optimize and monitor Learning & Onboarding tools and partners.
- You will contribute actively to discussions with LVMH teams and other Group Houses on Learning & Onboarding issues.
Management:
Direct Management of a team - 1 Mid-level Senior and 1 intern.
Profil

- You have at least 12 years' experience in talent development and/or related functions within Human Resources, ideally with experience in a recruitment agency and in-house.
- You are curious and open-minded. You demonstrate interest in the Luxury, Retail and Fashion industries, as well as in HR modernization and recruitment innovation issues.
- You are team oriented and have the ability to interact with senior stakeholders in Europe, Asia and Americas
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have a clear understanding of working in a highly demanding, fast-growing environment.
- You have the ability to imagine new ways of operating and lead change.
- You are details oriented and have knowledge in budgetary tools implement and monitor appropriate key performance indicators.
- You are fluent in French and English.
