Mission

Want to be part of an exciting journey? Join Nexans as a Industry 4.0 Learning & Development Program Manager !

Nexans is continuing its transformation and progressively deploying Industry 4.0 across its manufacturing sites. Today Nexans has about 90 industrial and logistical sites across all continents, and we have programmed the deployment of Industry 4.0 processes and tools to 20 of them before the end of 2024.

This project is steered at group level with a partnership with Schneider Electric consultancy services.  The project relies on 3 main pillars : 1/ Manufacturing Execution System, 2/ Data Analytics tools and 3/ Industrial Internet of things; which requires an adaptation of its workforce skillset in the plant – at operator, technician and supervisor levels.

We therefore launch a major learning program to support this transformation. To lead it, the Center of Expertise Learning (at group level) is strengthening its team with a Learning and Development Program Manager dedicated to Industry 4.0 and associated topics, to operate across our business groups and plants, mutualizing efforts in learning and training capabilities.

As a Industry 4.0 - Learning and Development Program manager, you will be in charge of :

  • With the Industry 4.0 team and IT, explore and identify digital HR certification/qualifications capabilities solutions (eg Digital Safety qualification passport…)

Capitalize on these for further deployment of the digital and data programs enabling the overall acculturation of Nexans collaborators :

  • Contribute actively to the community of practice on Industry 4.0 and capitalize learnings out of this community
