Becoming Transformative Leaders Through Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
Around the world, organizational leaders are pivotal in shaping and implementing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, empowering others, and leading transformation. We are called to live this commitment everyday, and can only do this effectively if we put our own oxygen masks on first. Whether through talent acquisition practices, talent development and management iniatives, learning across the employee life-cycle has the great potential to create lasting change and progress. In this session, participants will reflect on the current state of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in their organizations, on their personal journey, and begin identifying and building key competencies for DEIB leadership focused on an ecosystem leadership approach.
In this session:
1. Identify and apply ecosystem leadership mindset and competencies that drive and sustain intentional DEIB and a culture of learning.
2. Develop a roadmap for DEIB initiatives that align with unique organizational vision, mission, and strategy.
3. Apply active empowerment techniques to support the development of DEIB leaders across the organization and employee life-cycles.
